RATES AND SERVICES

Please remember to have your media (disk, CD ROM) and authorization license (CD key) for all software packages that require one.  If you have lost your media, we CANNOT supply O/S or applications without a valid proof of license (either located on your PC, included with your media, or otherwise furnished) !

We are not responsible for loss of data due to pre-existing conditions (hard drive failure, virus, user neglect, etc.) although we will make every possible effort to secure your data.  It is strongly recommended that backups be done by the user regularly.  Ask us, we will be happy to set you up with a reliable backup system to meet your needs.

The following guidelines are for labor only.  Software and parts are not included (if required).  Note that in certain cases (virus infection or hardware device failure) the situation can require extensive troubleshooting involving additional work.

For your business, we provide these and other services (server, networking, training, etc.) on a case-by-case basis.  Please call us for your customized solution.
